Works Great, even better with a larger bottle, No leaks.
So Ive actually used this a couple of times already and it works better than i had expected, granted this is the first portable bidet Ive ever used. I did find the container it comes with to be too small, using it id have to refill it 3-4 times. I tried to use a smart water bottle, as i use them in my boots to keep them propped up on display, however its a completely different type of thread. I went to wally world and grabbed some bottles that looked like they would work. The bigger one is some caffeinated water Ive never seen before, its the size of the smart water bottle but has the smaller lid which is the same thread as the smaller great value bottles you get in the packs. Both of them fit, i just don't like the crinkling noises of the smaller bottle. The bigger one is mildly unwieldy holding it behind you, but the amount of water seems unending when in use, which is really nice. Its great that its usb rechargeable, if i use an otg cable on my phone, i can plug the charging cable into the otg cable and charge it from my phone. I haven't found out how many of these big bottles i can empty before the battery is drained, however it only takes a few minutes for my phone to top it off after each use with no drop in percentage on my phone, so im just going recharge it every time. Also it seems that you can use it while its charging, so in a pinch i can probably just hook it into my phone and keep using it. So far it does Not leak. The only time water came out of it unexpectedly was when using the blue container it comes with after refilling it. If the bidet was already used and didn't run dry before refilling the container, when you push them back together, the air pressure forces the water through the bidet and sprays out a bit. Just remove the container and run it dry for a moment and you wont have that happen. Its not really an issue, and is Not a leak. The only downside to using the bottle adapter, is the intake for the water and the exit for the air are very close. The bottle adapter does not give much space for the air to move away from the intake, so if you don't hold it at the right angle or the water gets low, it starts sucking in the air bubbles coming out from the air return. it would be nice is the part of the adapter that went onto the bidet was a bit deeper to avoid this issue. However, in use it doesn't seem to be much of a problem with the larger bottle, it was only when i was testing it out in the sink to see how it worked that i found holding it at any other angle than the angle it would be at when using it didn't work as well. Basically , if the angle isn't with the water shooting upward at like a 45 degree angle then it might suck in its own air bubbles. But again that's not really an issue. Over all i think its a great unit and is going to suite my needs very well. It has enough water pressure to shoot from one wall of my tub/shower, to the other. The stream is just narrow. It works well for what it is and is enough to get the job done. Its definitely no where near what you would get with the bidet that hook into the water line of your house, but there's no way anything of this size would ever be. Just have realistic expectations when buying this.

Life Changing!!
Call me what you want...picky, entitled, OCD, nuts...but you can also call me CLEAN & HAPPY! How can people walk around all YUCKY?? Sure, it's not as powerful as your home bidet. Sure, it has a small tank (it's ok for females' #1). However, it comes with an attachment that fits water bottles; and I'll be the first to tell you that's a HUGE capacity! We were planning a 3-week road trip, and I was very reluctant to go. It's not just the hotels, but after owning a bidet, you may come to feel like all of your non-bidet friends & relatives live in caves. You'll also come to feel TP is worthless (especially, hotel and gas station TP. We all know it!) And don't even get me started on messy, nasty, plumbing clogging wipes! So, I read the reviews, ordered this portable bidet and tested it at home. Fantastic!! Meanwhile, my bidet-owning daughter had to take a trip, so I recommended that she hurry and order one. She' reported the experience as "Life Changing!" You can use it in ANY restroom. I stuff it in my pocket and bring a regular sized (20 0z.) bottle of water. You could go bigger, but people will wonder why you're headed off to their bathroom with a gallon of water. Any TP works for blotting, and you'll be clean as a whistle. Some reviewers tell you set it at an angle and go from behind, which is crazy and results in a soaking wet bottom, toilet seat and floor. Keep it straight and go from the front. Like everything, it takes a little practice, but you'll thank me later. Charging: I gave it the initial charge two weeks ago and it's still going strong. Now, we had to extend our trip to 4 weeks and I'm so relieved to have this product! Sorry, no pics or videos. You need to buy and enjoy this bidet, not get scared into therapy.

Good but not durable
It works great but itโs not very durable. Ours worked for about 6 months and then broke. But while it worked it was very useful for travels

Bidet portable by Hibbent lasted 4 months then broke into.
Edit 2: Manufacturer refused to honor warranty. The business end broke apart. Not completely so itโs difficult to send a picture. There is no phone number as far as I can tell. Ultimately purchasing this product was simply throwing money in the trash. Edit: The two section assembly which you twist to lock onto reservoir has detached from one another. Not completely but Iโm relatively sure that it will if I keep trying. Now I can only push them together and not into lock position. Pretty much unusable. Still trying to explain this to Hibbent using a requested still photo and several explanations. Canโt find a phone number. I filled out warranty info on line as directed when I bought it. They are asking for name, address, and phone number which was provided when registering warranty. Also provided purchase date, Amazon order number, date purchased, with service request. I guess I can Gorilla Glue it if they donโt handle this. I neither dropped nor abused this product. It was great until it wasnโt. I did not pay extra for extended warranty figuring if you register it for 2 year warranty it should suffice. If it lasts two years then I would consider it a successful purchase. Iโm new to this. It performs as stated. 2 speeds to choose from. Youโll figure out which speed works under circumstances. Slow gives a longer run time. Sometimes you might need a blast. Itโs easy to change speeds while using. I wash the wand with Method grapefruit along with my hands. Whether it needs it or not.

Great Clean Feeling
I love that I can take this with me everywhere! If not at home, since I donโt have a bidet, I usually shower the pelvic region after pooping. I do it because it makes me feel clean, instead of just wiping. I have used flushable wipes, but I heard from a plumber that those arenโt good for your plumbing, so I stopped using them or youโll ruin your home. The pressure is great since they have 2 settings and I find myself just using the higher setting because I feel like Iโm really getting cleaned. I like that itโs rechargeable, pretty compact and they have an adapter for a water bottle in case the place you go doesnโt have a sink, like port-a-potties. The adapter with the water bottle is a great alternative. Itโs not too heavy, but it does have some weight on it and as it should since it has a motor for it to work and a rechargeable battery. The plastic is thick, but still if you want things to last, you should take care of them. Donโt go banging it around, still if you did minor bangs, it should hold up. Great product and I would recommend this to anyone like me, that want to stay clean or as clean as you can when not at home. Videos on here are great to view. It helped me make my decision on this purchase. I didnโt post one because itโs the same, I love it, you will too, if youโre like me.

Good concept, but not as much pressure as I would have hoped for.
Its better than nothing when on the go outside the home, especially if you are a bidet person. I got this as I am rehabing from dominant-side rotator cuff surgery, and I have just enough extra "real estate" as to not be able to wipe with my non-dominant hand. At home, I'm fine. Outside the home - not so confident. I use it in conjunction with an folding extended wipeing handle: both fit nicely in a small teardrop-style sling bag. The pressure is okay for your average cleaing, but if you have the misfortune of dropping one of those "sticky" or "messy" loads, you are probably going to be very disapointed (keep your fiber up, and you should be able to avoid a lot of that). You have two water options: fill its small tank, or attach a standard bottled water bottle. With the tank, it works rathr nice. It stays together and feel solid. HOWEVER: If you go with the latter, be prepared. Unless you have a very sturdy bottle (and most of your drinking bottles out there today ARE NOT), the bottle will have 3 tendencies: collapse and drop down towards the toilet water; pop off the threads as it collapses; and leaks at the connection point (this thing really could use a washer). All that said, its better than nothing if you are already a bidet person. Overall, for the help it does give me, it was worth the investment.

Best travel bidet in the market
Let me start by saying this is my 4th one of these Hibbent portable bidets. Not because they broke. Because they are amazing. I even bought my sister one so she could still travel since for medical reasons she needs a bidet. We are just spoiled and donโt like to travel without a bidet when weโre away from home. So I bought 1 originally for travel. Charged it before a 1 week cruise and it was still going strong when we returned. Made our cruising experience much more enjoyable. Then my husband asked if he could his own personal travel bidet, and this one is for our travel trailer. Rather than forget it, we just got a dedicated camping bidet. Let me move on to saying that these are fantastic. They definitely do the job while away. And the disposable water bottle makes it so easy. Stock up right away. They fit into a small bag and itโs so easy to pack and use. Iโve still not recharged my original one from a couple years ago.

I can go ANYWHERE now!
Absolutely incredible, I love this thing. I recently got a new job that required me to be back in the office full time. I have been using a bidet at home for years and have begrudgingly accepted the fact that I will have to use the restroom from time to time when out and about, and baby wipes did the trick for this, not great, but for the rare occasion, they're fine. Now that I have to go back to the office full time I knew going without a bidet was going to be a daily occurrence, I had to find a solution. I had no idea these portable bidets were a thing and I'm so glad I found this one. I have been using it almost every day for 5 months and it is just fantastic. As I type this I'm charging it for the 3rd time in 5 months, with almost daily use. The battery life is magical, and it's never actually died on me, I just think to myself, " I haven't charged this thing in a while... I should probably charge it". I also love that it's USB C, they could have easily gone with Micro USB, but they spent the extra money for a USB C charger which I appreciate. It comes with a waterproof little carrying pouch, but I got a little black zipper pencil case that I store it in. I store it in the waterproof case, inside the pencil case. It's also a little less conspicuous carrying the black case to the restroom at the office. Sometimes a coworker catches me to or from the restroom and they've notices the bag from time to time and ask, " what's that?" and I say, " just my toiletry bag " and that satisfies their curiosity and squashes that bug without having to go through the laborious conversation of explaining a bidet, what it is and why they should use one. Overall this thing has been a complete game changer, I take it everywhere and I'm free to go anywhere without the worry of being caught somewhere without a bidet. Gas station during a roadtrip, no worries, a full day at the beach, got you, camping, rest easy, traveling on a plane, go in confidence. The ONLY thing I don't like but have gotten used to is that there really is only about 15 seconds of cleaning time, no dilly dally time. I've never had it no do the job in that amount of time, but when you first use it you will think to yourself, " That's it? There's no way that was enough to do the job", but it always has been. You can get a larger reservoir that give you more time, but makes it less compact, so I've opted to leave it be and use it as is, hasn't been an issue. Overall this thing has been 10/10 awesome and I cannot recommend it enough.

Terrible product and awful customer service
This stopped working after only 3 months, and the customer service was awful. Complete refusal to offer repair, refund or even exchange - I was just told it was out of Amazon's 30 day return window. So essentially no responsibility from the company for a faulty product despite it being extremely expensive. Would avoid at all costs.

Brilliant
Since moving to a country where bidet is non existent, I would say this product is a holy grail. Easy to use, good amount of water and the pressure is great. I personally like the low pressure but according to people in my house, the high pressure works better but hey to each of their own aight. The battery lasts a long time, don't ask me how fast it runs out but u definitely dont charge it that often. Happy customer here
