Jag35 STMNTV2 DSLR Stand (Black/Orange)

The primary reason I purchased this is that I was looking for a lightweight interface between my 7D and rod system that provided a registration pin to keep the camera from rotating. While this feature is incredibly valuable, the screw they use for this purpose has a very short threaded portion and tends to back out on its own. I am concerned that I am going to lose it soon.Also, the locking mechanism for one of the rod slots has already sheered off. I have attempted to contact Jag35, but have yet to receive a response.I also wish that there was a threaded hole on the bottom so that I could attach other items to the bottom (such as a tripod plate). While its low profile wouldn't provide enough base to prevent wobble, it would be better than nothing. Since I could find no pictures of the bottom, I had to wait until I received it to discover this fact. Buyer beware.I do like the look and the weight of this, and the parts seem to be machined well.
