Hairbows Unlimited Yellow Dance or Ballet Tutu

I bought this for my toddler and I am surprised at how small it is. It fits him around the waist, and he is not particularly tubby for a 21-month-old. I know kids don't grow much in waist size for a few years, but it's still pretty small. It's also just two layers of netting stitched at the top with a satiny ribbon, which isn't much poof. I bought this just for play, so I am fine with it as-is.

I bought this as part of a dress-up box I created for my niece for Christmas. She loves it and it fits her well but with room to grow. She is 18 months old, but most people think she is 24+ months old. She wears 4T clothing. Her mother says she wears this tutu all the time and loves it. Her favorite color is yellow, so she seems to be quite happy with it.

I bought this for my daughters Snow White party. Great for what I needed it for. Not sure how long it will make past the party. Shorts underneath required.

didnt fit that well.. had to take apart and add a few inches in order to allow it to adjust well. colors great.. and the double layer is great. if anything order a size up

It should say one size fits most. I brought this for my teens & It was definitely too small. This tutu fits a toddler.
