Sleep System

My wife got this for me as a Christmas present. I wasn’t expecting to much. I suffer from severe Tinnitus and I am recovering from several strokes. Sleep is terrible, 3 to 4 hours at night.The first night, I slept 4 hours, but I felt something a little different. The second night I slept 5 hours and felt like I was well rested. Third, fourth and fifth night, I slept longer each night and felt better, and more rested each subsequent night. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?This product is the real deal. AND, they stand behind their product.Seven days after I started using the Sound Pillow Sleep System, something went wrong. So I sent an email to the company to see if I did something wrong, or how to reboot the System. Within 5 MINUTES OF SENDING MY EMAIL, my phone rang and it was Scott from Sound Pillow Sleep System. He walked me through some simple basic things, and eventually sent me a new System.Scott was very knowledgeable, and super friendly. I told him I appreciate having someone to call me back so quickly, and that knew how to deal with the technical difficulties I was having. Scott told me that he knew everything about the System.. he invented it.The INVENTOR of the Sleep System was helping me, and did take care of everything.It has been a life saver for me. Play around with the different sounds that are on the system, to help you sleep.I go to sleep faster, I sleep longer, and get a deeper sleep.

A pillow that is pretty horrible. Not a very good option fir tinitus . Waste of 180 bucks

This pillow is genius. My tinnitus has kept me from sleeping for years. Trying to sleep with headphones was painful. A white noise machine kept my husband awake. None of the sleep aids my doctor prescribed would keep me asleep all night. The sound from the pillow masks my tinnitus and doesn't wake up my husband. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I put my ear to the speaker and can fall back to sleep. Love the deep relaxing meditation; it's like falling asleep at a spa.

I wasn't sure what to think about this. It was simply a matter of turning it on and relaxing immediately.I really have enjoyed my first week of using this. I haven't slept this hard in a very long time and obviously am extremely happy with it. It does sound quite nice.

I bought this pillow for my husband who suffers from severe tinnitus. He likes the pillow but the on/off button has never worked. He contacted the company for a switch replacement and crickets. He didn't need a new pillow, he just wanted to replace the switch. For a 150.00 pillow, I expect more.

I have been suffering from chronic tinnitus for months and have had a very difficult time sleeping. This pillow has been a savior! If you're struggling with tinnitus and sleep I HIGHLY recommend it. Thank you so much for coming up with such a great product!

So glad I found this pillow on Amazon, a doctor recommended this to me. From the first night using the pillow I had a good nights sleep, with tinnitus all I heard was the ringing in my ears. This has allowed me to fall asleep and stay asleep all night. I’m very great full to have this product.

The instructions that came with it were terrible! I was able to operate the pillow but that wasin spite of the directions not because of them.
