The light is really pretty but it came with so many issues.Cons:1. The instructions were minimal and not very helpful, especially connecting the wires. YouTube, guesswork, and prayer got us through that part.2. One of the 5 lights did not initially work. I read several reviews sharing the same issue. My husband happened to notice that the wire to that one light was not bundled with the other lights’ wires. So he tinkered with it to get it connected and that solved it.3. The screws provided for the ceiling plate were not long enough. We jerry-rigged ours after several hours, but it is not flush and we’re just going to live with it. We did not want to have to go to the store to get longer screws and start all over.4. No extra crystals were provided like with other chandeliers so if one breaks, you’re out of luck. I read several reviews where this happened to other people so I was extra cautious in our set-up.5. The app set-up was not as easy as it should have been. We initially didn’t allow location services and didn’t know that was a necessary step so that prolonged the process. We went back and allowed it and that solved the connection issue.6. The batteries provided for the remote had leaked and were unusable.Pros:-it’s pretty-it’s the right size for our foyer-it has different brightness settings-it can be controlled with the remote control, our phones, and Alexa.

I was very surprised to find real crystal instead of plastic. It works well and seems to be well made and I like the fact that it could be easily modified to accept a standard bulb if the leds ever stop working. My main complaint is with the fasteners that hold the heavy ourter ring of prisms. They are not strong enough to hold the prisms securely. I installed the in a room with a stone floor and when they drop they shatter. I keep rugs under them because glass shards are hard to get out of dog paws.

The fixture is beautiful. It takes alot of patience to install even for a professional. However the most disappointing factor was I couldn't connect it to my Google home smart system, which is why I brought this fixture. I can't get the fixture to connect to the Ankee App which means I can't connect to my Google home. It's clearly an Ankee App issue. Honestly if I hadn't paid to install it I would have returned it. If it can't do what it advertised it's a waste of money. Keep in mind the remote control feature works fine just don't expect the Ankee App to work and if you can't connect to the Ankee App then you can't connect it to your Google home.

Great, affordable product. Everything works perfectly, but I was wrapping up installation and realized that I was shorted 11 of the key rings used to connect the outermost crystals. Looks good from one side at least.

Not hard to install, the unit mounts quickly to the electrical housing. Takes an hour to put all the crystals into the hooks if your not fast. Working with some nitrile gloves will help the most to avoid fingerprintsVery bright and the unit looks great, I wasn’t sure so I bought one of the 8.7” then I showed my wife. She thought it was really cute. So I went ahead and got the second one. If I need anymore lights I’m definitely buying from ANKER again, and again, and again. Great quality for the price. The Alexa setup was very easy. A+++ for the product

Gorgeous light for my hall. The glass illuminates beautifully. It is rather difficult to install because the instructions aren’t that clear. I had to order two because I blew the other out. The crystals are solid. I dropped some on tile and didn’t break. You have to put each crystal on the light. It’s worth it.

This crystal light is user friendly with multiple ways to turn on. Daughter has a loft bed and replaced a ceiling fan with this light. We definitely enjoy using Alexa to turn on/off & dim lights too. There are a lot of pieces to put togather, so be patient with that. Had to buy a couple longer screws to mount the fixture which were metric.

Opened the box didn’t seem all there, it had been used or something.Looked like junk so I taped it up and sent it back. I’m still out my shipping.
