I tested this panel it produce 5v at 0.20- 0.30 max Amps at best conditions (USB pin) fluctuates a lot why i don't understand cause my usb tester shows 0.25 then it goes 0.05 the other seconds while the normal reading on ac power it goes 1.2A to 1.5A never goes this low 0.05 . so at least i expect this to hover at 0.20-0.30 .While the other charging pin give 12v at 0.30 amp i guess since the max Amp is 0.30 amp on the usb pin so 4 watt seems like a correct description but never encountered a device which has such charging pin .The only product which i have that showed there is some power coming to it are old nokia phone and basic laptop cooling pad this flickers a lot as i can here my cooling pad motors goes slow and fast at intervals & i don't think people buy this by keeping that in mind. My smart phones they don't even detect if anything is connected to it. Better stay away if you thinking of using this product for smart phone charging purpose. i by the way changed my mind of how i was going to use this to charge my smart phone during hiking & started using this to power the cooling pad which was using my usb port earlier thus freeing my usb slots.
