SIMOLIO infrared headphones are ONLY suitable for in-car DVDs that use the universal infrared frequency (Channel A: L/2.3MHZ,R/2.8MHZ; Channel B: L/3.2MHZ,R/3.8MHZ). They are NOT compatible with DVDs that use original digital IR or Bluetooth technology. When using with non-universal DVDs, you may experience incompatibility issues such as no sound, one-sided sound, or intermittent sound. To address these concerns, you can turn off the infrared function of your DVD and purchase a SIMOLIO infrared transmitter (SM-264D or SM-261A), which connects seamlessly with SIMOLIO infrared headphones to add a big fun to your journey. Alternatively, for Bluetooth-enabled DVDs, you can consider purchasing a compatible Bluetooth headset such as the JH-711 or JH-712 from our store. Please pay attention to the IR transmitting angle and distance. Sound will be cracking if too far away, or not in sight of IR transmitter (DVD), which is limitation of the IR system type, not the product itself. 3-Level Switchable Volume Limiting You can adjust the volume limited as per your surroundings.
