The answer is yes. According to Jet pens, the ink is both acid-free and archival.

If I buy the 2 set will I receive 2 different sets or the same colors?

I can only tell you that I bought 2 differant sets but I bought them one at a time...so there is 2 different sets. But I can't tell if it is 2 of the same set or 2 differant sets. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful...but i can say I love these inks!

Yes, simply get another refill of the correct size, open the sarasa clip (it unscrews), and replace the old refill with the new.......Voila!
