I'm stealing this line from another review. "Upon purchase these boots should feel great, so if not then send them back and purchase the correct size for yourself. Once you have established that then your golden."Try #1 ) My foot measures size 11EE. Bought that size and they were way too big lengthwise.Try #2) Tried 10-1/2EE Bought that size and they were still too big to wear as the heel kept lifting up and the boot was too narrow at the arch.Try #3) Bought size 10EEE and they fit OK but STILL a tad bit narrow. This is as close as I'm going to get.I agree that the stovepipe needs to have a deeper notch at the top as these are REALLY hard to get your foot into final position. Once the boot is on, it feels great. I do hope this process gets easier with time.

I have owned a pair of these Justin Style 4762 western work boots for over two years and I have to say I love these boots. I have a wide foot and a high arch which makes it very hard fir me to find boots that fit. However, my foot size is 9.5E and a 10.5D in this boot fits me just fine. The non slip rubber sole paired with the included Justin orthotics is super comfortable. The materials and workmanship are very good. Made in the USA. They have held up well die me so far. With style, comfort, and durability I don't just wear these for work. Minus one star because replacement Justin orthotics are not available, but I did find an aftermarket boot orthotic that works just fine.
