I am on my 5th week of taking this and I realised from week 2 that my intolerance to the lights from cellphones, computer screen and television has improved - I kid you not! I am wearing glasses 46 year now and started to recently have eyes issues, but since taking these pills I also find myself taking off my glasses to see as it's more comfortable this way. Something seems to be working since being on these pills. I gave a 4 because I'm waiting on more to happen.
