Authentic busiate
This is the most authentic Sicilian busiate I've found. I highly recommend it. Other brands get almost transparent as they cook, ending up looking like nightcrawlers, slick and unappetizing. This brand retains its strength and flavor, holds sauce, oil, etc. easily, and looks beautiful on the plate.

Not what’s advertised
The pasta is packed in bulk, not as shown on package. There is at least 10:% breakage and the texture is no where like the smaller package brand shown. This company does not accept returns either. I hope squirrels like busiate as I will not serve this crap to my family.

these tasted delicious. however, they were a bit old and didn't have the label on them.

Excellent texture
I just made this with a creamy mushroom sauce which I then added ground pistachios to an some cheese and baked. The pasta held up beautifully and maintained its texture. I would definitely buy this again.
