I am disappointed as the description read that there was recipe for "flourless chocolate cake, also coconut custard"..... These recipes are not in the book & they were the reason that I wanted this book over others! Disappointed!!!

I am a beginner cook and I think the book is illustrated very well for beginners and veterans alike. Definitely worth the money!

These recipes are much more sophisticated than all the quick and simple sous vide cookbooks you normally see on the market!
