Update: it's been about 10 months. We still love the bed, unsure if it's our bodies but it's quite soft not... almost too soft and I'm starting to wake up with some mid back pain. Thinking about getting a latex topper to help. We love this bed... and still look forward to sleeping in it but just need a little extra firmness.Update: Its been 4 months. Still loving the bed. No sagging. I look forward to getting into bed. Thinking about purchasing more for our cabin.UPDATE: it's been about 1 month and we are still loving this bed. My husband sleeps for hours, which I could complain about. However, I think it's pretty great we dont have to get out of bed because our backs are sore. Will continue to update!It was time for a new bed. And researched a ton! We had slept on a slumber solutions at an Airbnb... and I loved it. We upgraded to a much needed king. Although heavy to get up the stairs, we did it. After the first couple of nights, the bed formed up a bit. We ordered the 14 inch soft king. It's been one week and we love it! Will continue to update over time. I am a side sleeper. I look forward to bedtime. It is easy to roll over, as you dont get stuck. I move around gar less and get better quality sleep. Also my husband snores far less!

This is the second mattress I've purchased from this company. I loved the first one so much that I ordered a second one for a second bed. And although I ordered the identical mattress, it is not nearly as firm as the first one. Identical order specs - different product delivered.

We own this mattress in a king size and it feels like you're sleeping on a cement block. VERY firm and hard. After doing research for a new mattress for our guest room, I realized this mattress also contains fiberglass and polyurethane, both of which are toxic. So there are really no positives to this mattress at all.On top of all of that, Overstock customer service is AWFUL. My husband somehow accidentally ordered this mattress again and we immediately cancelled the order. Well, the mattress was sent to us anyway and now we're on the hook for the return shipping of a 93lb box of toxins ($100+ shipping). I would steer CLEAR of this brand - we went with a Brentwood Home mattress after extensive research.

I haven't really slept on it long enough to make a review. What i can say is: *So far*.....just basically weeks into it...the mattress is nice and firm, very supportive...which is just what i was looking for. However, for a really *fair review*, that entails how the mattress holds up over the long haul. And, that takes time.... hopefully it does hold up. But...having said that, what REALLY makes a great product is-should a product need to be returned for any reason, *it's customer service* that actually determines whether or not that product is good or not. Without that, well then, not too much can actually be said for the product. If a company won't stand behind their product...worthless.This is what has made several companies huge today...their customer service... THAT'S what it's really all about...*customer service*...otherwise products can be just hit and miss. This person happens to get a good one while another person gets a lemon...been there. So if customer service is a *fail*, to my mind the product is also a fail. js

This is a terrible mattress! Very very hard. If you like sleeping on cement then this is the bed for you! No comfort at all. Very upset with this mattress and even more upset with the company for how they’re handling it. Customer is not a priority at all. Terrible company, terrible mattress.

This mattress was so comfortable that I lost the will to get out of bed in the morning! Unfortunately, my tardiness caused me to lose my job and the wife left me since she could no longer buy things online. That’s OK, since now I get to enjoy this mattress all to myself. (Seriously, this is a nice, firm mattress that my Millenial son LOVES. This was a great value and the product came in quickly. I will be purchasing another for me and the Mrs.)

This is a very comfortable bed. We ordered the soft version. It is soft but on the firm side as well. It's not hard but you don't sink in when you're sleeping. We had a memory foam mattress that didn't have the gel before this one. It was always hot but this one is very comfortable. The only thing that I don't like is the measurements aren't quite the same as they are online.

Bought this for my elderly dad. He was hesitant to get rid of his old bed because he wanted the same comfort. Well he didn’t notice we changed his bed. It is fantastic and what a great price. No complaints no smells. All happy.
