Great for Small Studio or Just Starting Out Photography
First, let me say that I am using my wife account because she receives Prime benefits. I am an amateur photographer learning the ropes. I currently teach Language Arts in middle school and run the photography club at my school. I am 47 and taking classes at my local community collage to get a feel for photography. This semester, I am taking Commercial Photo I.I purchased these lights (Neweer 1600W Photo Studio) because I want to setup a studio in home. I purchased these lights because they seemed to be the best replacement for the strobes I have been working with in the school studio.I do not have several thousand dollars to purchase the professional strobes with modeling lights and the power source needed to run them. So, after doing some research I chose these.I chose them to go with the Safstar Photo Shooting Table I purchased a couple of days before. These, and the Neweer Collapsible 24x24 softbox with S-type bracket mount and Neweer 18-piece gel set are my new portable studio. The table sets up quickly and is a quality product. It is small, but great for my needs. It is easily portable to school or whatever future jobs I may get.Back to the lights. They arrived today, had them up and running in less than 30 minutes. They worked great. I have included the photos I took of the studio and the photos I took using the lights, my Softbox for my speedlight, the gels and the small light table I purchased.I think the results speak for themselves. I took the studio shots with my Canon 77D using the 50mm 1.8.The lights work great. They are adjustable for brightness and the softbox cover. Is used one of the Neweer lights as the key light and the other as a secondary light. I used the speedlight with the Neweer softbox and gels under and behind the table. The table is sturdy and can accommodate quite a large array of product. I just wish it was taller. I must put it on card tables or other taller stands. The gels work great, but are small so I have to double them up to fit over my speedlight softbox. The speed light softbox by Neweer also works better than I could have thought.BigDog

Holds good amount of weight.
It might feel a lightweight and a bit hard to get the acrylic out of its rolled shape at first, but the acrylic is thick and can hold a lot of weight. I am very satisfied. It looks exactly as depicted. I use it with flash photography and continuous lighting, and works great every time. I put one or two speedlights on the bottom (or continuous led) and the background is beautifully blown. Saves a lot of time on post and is a life saver for metal or glass photography. Great product.

It would be a good deal even at twice the price.
The instructions are one page of pictures and part numbers, but there are no corresponding part numbers on the actual parts. If you like puzzles, you'll enjoy this little challenge. (It took me only three attempts to assemle it correctly.)That said, this is a great table for shooting small products. It's surprisingly sturdy and stable, but it can slide easily on a smooth surface. Be careful not to bump it too hard. I highly recommend that you have someone help you clamp the table surface to the frame. Believe me, you'll appreciate their assistance. The photos I show here are the first two that I took with this table. For the bottle, I placed one strobe beneath the table (naturally), and another in front of it. For the Maltese Falcon I changed the angle of the light beneath the table, then placed a strobe to camera left and a reflector to camera right. (I must have photographed that darned falcon about a dozen times over the years, and this table made it so easy.)I bought this table because it was the least expensive one that I liked. It'll more than pay for itself many times over even if, like me, you're just a hobbyist. You won't regret having bought one.

Lightweight and portable
I was surprised at how sturdy the white material is. Packaging is well made also so it came in perfect condition.
