I own a stainless steel scraper. This is THE massage cream my DPT uses.I was using coconut oil at home but it didn’t work very well. Tried lotion also which didn’t work either. This is an excellent product. As I mentioned above, it is the one my physical therapist uses. It is not greasy and has a pleasant smell.I did not want to spend the money on this but am very happy I did. A tiny bit goes a long way! Would be helpful for massage too.What is scraping? It’s something my physical therapist does that helps with fascial restriction, scar tissue, adhesions and helps loosen trigger points. I wouldn’t have tried scraping on my own. I was taught how to do it by a professional. Note: some people refer to PT scrapers as a Gua Sha Muscle Scraping Tool or Scar Tissue Tool.

It was used in physical therapy for my husband’s leg and he is using it at home to massage his injured leg

My go to for myofascial release!! Smooth and a lot goes a long way!

Physical therapist uses at clinic; purchase for home use. Use on muscles around broken bones in arm. Enjoy the vanilla scent.

I use this for IASTM in a PT clinic and it's great. Allows instruments or hands to glide. A solid that easily melts. Might be a little too slippery until rubbed in. And it smells like cupcakes!!

Found the same product my PT is using on the scar and shoulder muscles after reverse shoulder replacement…. Rubs in well and great light scent !

I like a medium for STM and IASTM that isn't too greasy and this is definitely not greasy. I love the light vanilla scent

Lid was loose. Product not sealed. Product was all over the outside of the container and inside the packaging. Should have returned it. Very unimpressed.
