... to lose 10 pounds in a week- sounds to good to be true doesn't it
How to lose 10 pounds in a week- sounds to good to be true doesn't it!I read the book - Its a short book. The book outlines some very simple ideas, the same ideas you can find when googling weight loss, however the book puts them in one easy place to read them. Because its book form you can easily come back to parts and read again. The only part I did not really agree with was the natural weight loss supplements, because I don't believe anything like that helps. I would rather use protein powders. The main thing I struggle with when it comes to weight loss is motivation. I would have liked to see more about motivation and staying motivated in this book (I just ate a very sugary cinnamon roll for breakfast to prove my point)Pros:Easy to readShortHas videosCons:Would like it to be a bit more in depthI have received this product at a discount in exchange for my fair and honest review. The opinions stated above are my own. As a buyer I rely on reviews before deciding to purchase something so I always review 100% honestly.

A great beginners guide for those starting a weightloss journey.
This is a nice little quick guide to basics regarding dieting and getting the right start. One of the best things about it is that the kindle version includes links to websites that can be very useful to the weight loss process. One that I used myself was the calorie intake calculator. It takes into consideration of height, weight, gender and activity level to help you find how many calories you can intake each day to maintain weight. Also letting you know how much you would have to restrict in order to lose weight. It also goes over the importance of water intake, vitamins, exercise and sleep. It is a comprehensive guide to help anyone jumpstart their weight loss journey. It's not proposing some harsh cleanse or fasting diet. Instead it gives you healthy ideas of how you can get your body prepared for the most efficient weight loss possible. I would definitely refer this to my friends who are entering into their own weight loss journey. I will also keep this on hand to refer back to during my own journey. Please Note: I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. I was in no way compensated for a positive review. I am a consumer just like everyone else and I often refer to product reviews to assist in making purchase decisions. The items I review are also all items I was already wanting to buy and use on a daily basis. If you found my review helpful please click "YES" below. I am willing to answer any questions you have before you make your purchase, just ask!All item(s) arrived on time as expected. All contents were professionally package and in perfect condition. I would definitely purchase from this seller again in the future!

Great information
I was first impressed with this book because it starts out with a great pep talk, but also includes acceptance that not all things work for all people and let go of the things that didn't work for you. I really appreciate this since I've read other books that basically say, "You didn't lose weight with exercise? You weren't trying hard enough." and things that are basically insulting. This wasn't like that at all. Very positive. The ebook contains links to other resources and calculators. I love that it also includes the formula so I'm not just putting in numbers and getting a result, but can see why this is the result and how to effect it. In the section about exercises, there are also links to videos showing how to properly do them.My only criticism of this book is that the actual "plan" is very vague. It says that is intentional because no 2 people lose weight the same way. As I indicated earlier, I appreciate that, but when I got to the end of the book all excited with this information and it was basically "make a plan and stick to it" I was a little bit disappointed. I was looking for the "do these steps and you'll lose the 10lbs in a week!" but their points are more realistic so I didn't knock down a star in the review, but just a bit of a bummer that now I have to use the information and think about how I will create a plan for myself. It does have a sample plan, so it's not like there's nothing. The rest of the chapters were just so detailed that I was hoping this would be, too. Makes more sense that it's not though. The great information in this book gives me the power to make the right decisions for my body.Disclaimer: I received this book for free or at a reduced price in exchange for my honest review.

A TON of great Information!
First, I must WARN everyone looking to get this book that losing 10 pounds in a week CONSISTENTLY is extremely unhealthy. To obtain those type of results you are doing much more harm to your body than good. Remember that losing weight is not just about looking good, but it is about FEELING good as well. Stop to think why you are losing weight. Sure, it is not a desirable look in the modern society... but it SHOULD be about getting healthy and, on the same hand, being happy! The think to focus on with this book is that it is a KICKSTART! The book only guides you on the start of your journey, and says HEY! You can lose ten pounds easily in your first week! And to be honest, that is so true! If you have every started exercising, you will know that the first week or two is when you will see drastic weight loss, and then the really battle begins. All in all, I believe that this book is extraordinarily informative. A TON of information is listed here to not only kickstart people on their diets and weight loss goals, but the give amazing advice and tips on how to maintain the loss and continue with even more weight loss.I would definitely give this book a 10/5 if possible. In an age filled with eBooks that are hardly capable of being considered read-worthy, books like these give me hope for the future of electronic materials.

... eye-catching title but not a fad diet
I think the title is eye-catching and possibly deceptive - unless you have a great deal of weight to lose - I certainly didn't lose 10 pounds in a week (nor did I need to) but the advice inside is sound and sensible and not faddy. It's a short guide and reading it has helped me to establish a routine of eating and gentle exercise that now includes intermittent fasting and I'm losing the few pounds I couldn't shift in a steady manner at 1-2lbs a week. I should be at target weight in a few weeks and most importantly feel well while doing it.This is a good little guide to people who are serious about losing weight and changing lifestyle. It's a pity about the title - although it caught my eye and I bought the book, so perhaps it's a good idea after all!!

Easy to read and helpful
I never thought that my sleeping pattern could be a cause of me not able to sleep. This book really opened my mind of rethink and change some of my abits I used to do before. It shows that we need to be aware of what we do outside the mindset of loosing weight. I love this book.

Mostly useful
Mostly useful information given in an optimistic tone. Particularly enjoyed the calculations for calorie intakes. No desire to lose 10 pounds in a week as wouldn't consider that healthy. Can't grumble though for a free kindle download

Book
I read all this book which was boring as hell. Glad i didnt pay for it!!! So here is all the book in this review. Drink bucket loads of water and add fruit, veg, and vitimins. Also excercise. I have a back problem and arthritis so excercise is out of the question. So the book told me more or less what everyone already knows. Even kids!! Awk sure at least the author tried....

Doesn't quite live up to its sensationalist title
Well, there are no diet plans here, no recipes, nothing concrete, in fact. What this little book does is to set out general principles of how to lose weight and continue to keep the weight off. Much of it is common sense, really, peppered with mildly medical insights. It aims to be motivational, and there are opportunities for consultation and further reading. Within its self-imposed limitations it succeeds, but what a shame about the sensationalist title. I got it whilst it was on a free promotion, but would have been a bit miffed if I'd actually shelled out for something so general.
