Women's Elegant Short Sleeve Casual Pencil Dress with Belt (Black,M)

I just received the blue version of this dress, and it is not the same as pictured (either on the main product page or in the photos other buyers posted). The dress has no tags whatsoever, there is one waist seam rather than two, the belt is not attached at either side (it is loose), and it lacks any darts/pleats at the waist. I do not order dresses with detached belts because they become twisted and look sloppy. It is also the wrong fabric. It should be a stretchy 35% cotton blend, but instead it is a shiny polyester-like fabric with very little "give". It has a very strange fit and the waist is more like an Empire waist, although I ordered a large and am only 5' 5" tall. Not even close to knee length. It is totally different than what some of the other customers have posted in their pictures.

In love with this dress! YES this really does look like the advertised images, but in order for it to fit like the model, order one size up! I’m usually a medium, this is a large, got a perfect fit. I need this in every color now, it’s the bomb! Such comfy soft bouncy fabric, awesome color, darling style. I suggest planning on wearing a strapless bra so the cute wide shoulder neck can fall anywhere and you don’t worry about bra straps showing. The pockets and waist tie are perfect. I wore this dressed up, but at the same time will be the perfect casual dress too. It’s literally perfect!

This is a great dress just to throw on if you want to be cute and comfortable. It’s a t- shirt material. I got a medium and I’m 5’1 170

This dress is super cute!!!! You can definitely dress up or dress down. I usually wear a size 10 so a large size was just perfect, not too tight nor not too loose. Very true to size. I got it in green. I love it that the fabric is stretchy so it makes it very comfortable to wear. Will highly recommend.

A little off the shoulder, so I chose to wear a shirt underneath. Otherwise, super comfy and cute, especially great price. I bought a size up and it fit just right.UPDATE: I ordered 3 dresses (red, blue, dark red), all fit the same and were great quality. So, I decided to order the dress in black, the same size. It arrived very late and is much smaller than the other three, so short that I cannot wear it. The belt is not attached like the other three, and has a large hole in the center of it, where the stitching has come open. I filled out the return item option and I have to pay to return it! To return it is going to cost nearly what I paid for it, so what's the point? What a joke! I'm really disappointed and believe the company should have paid for the return and/or replacement with the correct size. Just because it was labeled as the correct size on the bag it was in, does not mean it is, especially if there's no quality control checking.

I ordered the large because I’d rather clothes be a bit bigger than too tight. Normally, I’m a size 6, but my chest is on the larger side and I like to have enough room that my clothes don’t get that stretched/lines look across the chest. Anyway, I absolutely love this! The neckline is a bit big honestly, but other than that it is exactly as expected. The baggier neckline is actually really cute in my opinion! Seems like it can be dressed up or down well, and pockets on dresses are irresistible for me haha. For reference, I am 5’4 and 125lbs. I carry my weight pretty evenly, except for a 34DDD chest to accommodate. This would have been too loose on me in the waist, but the belt that is attached to it fixes that for you! I am able to pull it tight on my waist while still having extra room in the arms/shoulders

I certainly would not call this dress elegant, but would definitely say the word casual is correct. Not a great quality. I paid $15.99 and then when i started the return process, realized the dress had dropped to 11.99. A better price, but just know it's a very casual dress with a wide open shoulder. If you're hippy and need more room in the rear, the shoulder area may be too large.

I actually went down a size when I ordered this. It fits like a globe, has pockets on the side & feels comfortable.
