Rockefeller Medicine Men: Medicine and Capitalism in America

Essential Reading For Those Questioning Our Medical System
This book should be required reading for everyone during these times. If you have any trust remaining in our current medical model, this book will help you understand that its very foundation is based upon greed, profit and societal control. The healthcare system in the US hasn't been about health for at least 150 years. This book is very dense and incredibly well researched. Text is very small.

Rockefellers greed and evil empire
The natural medicine is still the best and eating non gmo healthy true organic foods. Unless broken bones, torn ligaments, violent operations to save a person etc. the current greedy evil medical industry needs to be gone including the pharmaceutical industry and the FDA, CDC etc

Well worth thr read.
If you truly want to understand something you have to know its history – what came before it, how it developed and why, etc. This book gives you the history of our current medical system. As it turns out, modern medicine is more about political power and money (kind of like everything else) and not about helping the sick.

Wow, Lots of Info in just the Introduction!
Because I'm reading another book right now, I just read the introduction first. Holy smokes I can't wait to get into the first chapter! Very well written and full of history how we ended up with allopathic medicine as most people's first choice. I wish they had a second printing of it. Everyone needs to read it!

Tactically Bastardized Version of Original Publication
This clearly flawed, yet nevertheless cleverly labelled (with a ribbon-labelled "Scholar Select" stamp on its cover...), 'reprint' of the original text almost certainly purposefully omits data. Straight-up censorship, simple and plain. And I'm providing proof above with my image listings. For instance, an image I attached above is of the fifth photograph published in the original, hardcopy edition, which I found online as a PDF. It clearly contains named references at the bottom of the page. However, within the above-listed reprint issue for sale here on Amazon.com ((dis)courtesy of Andesite Press/Creative Media Partners), said photo has no text under it. Zero. Why? That can hardly be attributed simply to a 'publishing error'.Relatedly, the copyright page from the original edition ........... *is completely absent from this snide reprinted version*. Why?!? Regardless, I've attached an image of that, too.I'll be asking for a refund while insisting loudly against tactical censorship of texts otherwise described by its molesters as "being culturally important", "part of the knowledge base of civilization as we know it," (!!), and "as a reproduction of a historical artifact". Is that a big part of why Amazon is at the size, scale & scope that it is today? To 'gatekeep' if not outright censor important nonfiction data?

Thank you Rockefeller!!
Thank goodness for the Rockefeller family and their legacy of helping society. Without their contributions to western medicine society would be worse off. This book helps the reader understand the key roles played by this wonderful billionaire family.

The Truth about modern medicine....
" There's really a whole lot of accurate, excellent information here, well-documented, and tells why we have the kind of health care-systemthat we have today-how medicine got its start, and where it went wrong !"

Excellent. Essential Reading
A powerful narrative describing the determination to institute 'scientific' medicine to get a healthier workforce with a concomitant bonus of more production for the sponsors ('philanthropists'). Win-win. Healthier people, more profits. Fair enough, but add the critical product - drugs - and capitalism and Big Pharma was born. We're living through the monster that unleashed.

Good information but a difficult read for people whom don't read alot. I do so I could get through it easier than most
It wasa bit of a disappointment. It reads more like a text book than anything and jumps around alot. Not worth what I paid for it.
