These worked WONDERFULLY! I wish I had purchased these after I had my first child. With my first I wore just normal underwear and had a velcro post-partum band that I wore occasionally, only because it was uncomfortable and pain to take off and on when going to the bathroom, plus it was impossible to keep discrete- it was uncomfortable and odd looking under clothing, and over clothing...well, its obviously there. With my second pregnancy, I decided to try these, and what a difference!! I started wearing them right after I delivered and it made getting out of bed easier, made my recovery time MUCH faster than with my first birth, and made me look a lot slimmer a lot faster. My abdominal muscles are so weak after delivery, and these really made me feel supported. They are very comfortable, true to size, and so much easier to deal with than some band you wear either under or over your clothing. I am a month out from delivering my second child and have had numerous people remark on how great I look so soon, and I attribute it to 1.) breastfeeding a little champ, and 2.) this underwear. If there is another child in my future, this product is an absolute MUST...and I will also greatly recommend them to any pregnant friends of mine. Wish I knew about them sooner! Plus if I am going out with friends and want to look a little slimmer, this helps bring in that little extra bulge- like spanx but much more comfortable.

The Postpartum Underwear is a must have after birth. Because it gives your belly a good support and you don’t have the weird feeling like “ everything is moving around inside”. The underwear is nice , good quality and fit good.

I am currently 169-170lbs post-pregnancy. I ordered the small/medium due to a lot of reviews recommending to size down due to compression not being what they expected. When I unpackaged them, I must admit they looked tiny. After trying them on, they actually fit. Now here’s the thing: they are NOT spanks that suck in your waist and tummy to give the hourglass illusion. When I noticed this, I was skeptical of it doing what I needed it to do. These are a compression garment to support your organs that are going back into their original place after pregnancy. The upward support is what you need NOT something that is just going to shove things inward. After 2 days of wearing these (over my underwear), I see more progress than I saw my first week postpartum! I am super satisfied with this product. The only con is if you have a short torso, the band at the top can dig into your ribs while laying/sitting down after a while but to me, the good outweighs that one bad. Pair these with some deep diaphragmatic breathing for your core and you may see some amazing results too!

These are great! I purchased a 3 piece binder set from Amazon, and I much prefer these compression panties. The binder was too restrictive and it wasn't comfortable as I was up and down nursing newborn twins. I found these very supportive and true to size. The compression actually allowed me to forget to take my pain meds today. I feel all tucked in and supported during my recovery.I will likely buy another pair or two to add to a rotation. I may wait to see if it helps reduce my tummy and size down if needed as I'm only a week and a half postpartum.I've been wearing these all day and they have not stretched out. They don't roll down when I sit.I've found it helpful to lie down after pulling these up to let your tummy "settle" while pulling the compression panties open a bit. Then when you stand up, all your tummy is lifted to where it needs to be. Or you can pull these on while lying down....same effect.

I ordered the 1x/2x size and they are so small, I can't get them on post-partum to get the belly compression benefits. Unfortunately, I figured this out AFTER I already washed them. I realize that they are supposed to be tight, but for a 1x/2x product, I expected them to be a little bigger. My usual underwear size, even during pregnancy, is L/XL depending on brand. These fit more like M/L.The material feels great and is obviously of good quality. I'm hoping that I can get some use out of them in the future when I'm closer to my pre-pregnancy weight/shape.

This rolls down easily and has little compression in the tummy region. I even sized down from what my size normally is. I’m a size 12 and the small still didn’t give me enough compression.

They have the best amount of pressure for after a csection. Tight but not too tight that you cant breathe. Only thing I hate is how tight around the legs is. I've tried 4 different kind and ended up purchasing more of these because they were the best of the ones I tried.
