I absolutely love this product. I didn't know at the time I ordered it that it had magnesium in it but that was SUCH a good thing for me! The hydrogen water and magnesium together has a wonderfully calming/relaxing effect for me. I did also notice that I was getting more slow wave sleep on the days that I drank this formula about an hour or so before bed.

After taking the product ,I noticed it made my stool runny.

I take Round2 right before my morning workout on an empty stomach with a glass of water. I immediately feel a boost of energy! I love the raspberry flavor! Definitely recommend this product.
