It came wrapped like a Barbie doll. Tight plastic on all straps. After 10 minutes to cut that off (which protected all hardware). A scratch free lovely bag emerged. It's very roomy and we'll constructed. The outside pocket is deep enough to put my cell phone into it vertically. Wow!!

I have had it for several months and I love it. It is pretty. The color gray and the neutral style go with everything. It still looks new even though I wear it every day and treat it quite roughly. I think the size is perfect. It holds everything I need on a daily basis. I find the 3 inside pockets and the outside pocket very useful. I have seen reviews complaining about the poor quality of the bag. I disagree. I think this bag is perfect!

There was so much plastic packaging wrapped around the bag and especially the handles, it took ages to remove it all! By the time I finished unwrapping everything, I realized the handles were not at all what I expected and stick out from the sides of the bag when you put it down. If you want to use the shoulder strap, the ugly handles still remain. Too late to return it now with all the packaging gone! Try to really look at the bag before you remove all the wrapping.

WAS NOT VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS BAG, BUT KEPT IT FOR A TOTE. THE HANDLES WON'T LAY DOWN, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE HINGED HANDLES, SO THEY ARE ALWAYS STICKING UP, AND THE LONG STRIPS ON THE SIDES OF THE BAG WILL DRIVE YOU NUTS. THE LINING WAS ALSO PRETTY CHEAP! FOR THE PRICE, IT WAS NOT A GOOD VALUE.

Too shiny for my taste. I sent it back, but thank you.

I really love this purse, it is everything I wanted it to be, roomy, vegan, fashionable, and functional! I barely got it today so the quality will be tested over time, but so far the stitching and materials look good for the price point. So cute!
