Honestly, this chair is great. 10/10 would recommend but I had a teensy, tiny problem near the end of the setup. In the second photo, it shows what screws were going to be installed into the chair along with some washers (which were pointless in the end). The third picture shows the medium sized screw that was needed for the headrest at the very end and what was actually needed for it instead since the medium screw was too short for the headrest to be installed. I looked over the instructions many times to make sure I had the right screws for it (even though it had a English problem the pictures helped a lot) it seemed like they were the right ones but if I didn’t have the proper screws at that time I would have had no headrest.This is just a heads up (ha) for those who are thinking about purchasing this chair to get the proper screws before receiving this. Overall, this chair is awesome and I’m not going to remove a star because of that slight issue. It’s just too good.

I have had this chair for a couple months Its very smooth. can easily support someone. love that it leans back far. the seat cushion is nice and plush still to this day. I have heard some creaks when spinning or moving haphazardly but overall id recommend.the instructions sucked because they were translated from an asian language (refers to chair as horse and saddle lol) but the pictures show exactly how to assemble.

Assembly was all right. Instructions were faded out and in bad English but not to bad. The chair is a lot more laid back than I expected. You can't sit straight. The tilt in upright position is almost as much as the tilt in the reclined position in my old chair. When I keep my arms on the armrests my arms are all the way in front of me. On reclining I'm almost lying horizontal. Also too much lumbar support.

The chair was very easy to assemble; mine came without instructions, but after I got the screws sorted out I was able to assemble the chair in about 15 minutes. The chair provides back support, rocks, and tilts. Because of these functions, it has relieved my back pain. It's a great chair for a very reasonable price. If you use the chair on a carpeted floor, please consider buying a mat as well - on carpet, the chair does not roll very well.

The installation was a breeze even though the instruction was atrocious. The chair is quite comfortable and the reclining function is easily adjust to your liking.

Was falling asleep in my old one. This chair makes you sit up straight or you can recline back a bit. Nice chair.

Easy to assemble. Simple, clean lines. Not overly bulky. Good lumber support.
