Hi there. Not sure about the replacement foil heads but it comes with two of them so they should last for long time. Best. V.

Fully charged doesn't take off a single hair. Why is this happening.

I can suggest you to make sure your hair is already trimmed as short as possible before use this shaver otherwise won't work as is a finisher product.
