Thomas Sabo Women Elegant Symbol Necklaces

My son bought me this necklace and I loved it but the joint snapped next to the circle last month. It had lasted a year, which isn't brilliant but I did wear it all of the time. I could have had it soldered but I saw it at a good price here and have purchased it again. I felt lost without it.

I bought this necklace in December, it has just broken without warning or duress just over 2 months later. For the price paid I don’t think it is worth it if it breaks so quickly. Apparently too late to return and no option to escalate my problem because it’s over one month. Utterly disappointed.

Very happy with the jewellery it self. The chain could of been the next size down. Presentation wasn't good. All came in separate plastic bags without a box, just a pouch . It was a gift.

It's very small, but quite pretty. I bought it approximately the half price, but even so, I was disappointed. If I can find a box (not boxed) it might look ok to gift, but I might be embarrassed to give it as the birthday gift it was intended. Full price is listed as £70, at that price, it would have definitely been returned.

A great disappointment that this quality item arrived in a plastic pouch. . Albeit it does come with a Thomas Sabo pouch there is no presentation box should you be buying as a gift. Otherwise, the necklace itself looks really good, particularly when around the neck!
