Comfort Plus
This is the most comfortable office chair I have ever sat in. I don't find the "lay back" feature very comfortable because I have back problems; however, I would not use that feature anyway (I have a recliner for snoozing). The only thing I found "wrong" with this chair is that it is a little tipsy if you sit forward in it. I think that's because the center for balancing has to be a little forward to accommodate the "lay back" feature. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Comfortable chair.
This is the second chair I bought, but this one has a much thicker seat cushion than the first one. All in all easy to assemble, feels very sturdy, the floor to seat height is fairly high; about 21-22 inches off the floor, so it may be a bit high for anyone shorter than 5'4".

Comfortable
Great looking chair, complements my other brown leather furniture. I would have giving it 5 stars, but there is a potential tipping hazard. I almost fell face forward on to my desk. Don’t try to get up too fast without firmly planting your feet on the floor.

Excellent product
One of the most comfortable office chairs I’ve ever owned. Easy to assemble, just two Allen wrenches (included), ten minutes, done! I have had the chair for a week now and have fallen asleep in it three times. Guess that’s why they call it a napping chair. ;)
