True to size and the more weight I loose the more it helps. These DO NOT roll down 🎊🎉… even with muffin top! Hand wash and hang to dry. After a few times the dryer breaks down the silicone.

I bought a medium because I forgot you were supposed to size down with items like this so whatever size you normally wear definitely size down. Fit nice and is super comfortable. I normally don't like things that go over my belly button but I barely even notice it and I have sensory issues so for me to able to wear it without really noticing it is a huge thing. Definitely recommend.

I wear a 3/4X normally and it was the largest size they offered but horribly small. Luckily my daughter wears about an extra large to one X depending on the make of the clothing and she was able to get it on but even though it had that stripping that is supposed to hold it in place it immediately rolls down the back. Other than that the quality is great and it does what it is supposed to do but it takes two people to get it on for a 3/4X unless you were actually an extra large/1X

Yes it fits. The problem I have is it wants to roll down from the top regardless of what I do. When it starts to roll down it makes a big roll around your waist making you look deformed. There has to be a way to make these stay up.

Made too small. Not true to it’s size

I was nervous to get a girdle online. However, i took the chance and was pleasantly surprised. Its good quality i am 230pds standing 5'8. I ordered a xl its not to tight but tight enough to get the job done successfully. Flawless under clothing and comes up to the breast area. Minor adjustments throughout 12 hours (fixing from sitting and standing). I will order again because im snatched lol

I am the queen of shape wear recently. I can’t even tell you how many different shapers I’ve tried in the past few months. These are far and above my absolute favorite! These are a must buy. They don’t roll down, cover up all of my back fat/rolls, and are so incredibly comfortable. I work in healthcare and in the best of times days can be over 8 hours; during co-vid times 10 to 12 hours aren’t unheard of and I’m still so comfortable. I have others that I’ll take off at the end of the day before the drive home. And those feelings can start just four hours in. I worked an 11 hour day today and wasn’t until about hour ten that taking these off even occurred to me that’s how comfortable these are. And I didn’t even take them off until I got home which was pushing 13 hours since I’d put them on. BUY THESES! You will not regret it!I do think the key with these (and all shape wear to be honest) is being totally true about your size. You will not do yourself any favors by buying one smaller for more hold. You will just end up with them rolling down and unflattering rolls.I’m definitely plan on ordering many more.

The product did not meet expectations by what the product description said. These do not have very much tummy contol. High waist rolls down making them uncomfortable to wear. The little tummy support it did have stretch out during the day to the point there was no tummy control . Very disappointed .

They are comfortable and actually stay up. I’m very impressed with how well they smoothed my flab.

Good quality for the money, fits good,Next time I think I’d buy the one with legs.

Fabric is nice and feels good against my skin but it was bigger that I expected. I would have ordered a smaller size. Also, make sure you tuck it under your bra because the strip at the top to hold it in place is useless. At first I thought because it was not small enough, but it has just lost its ‘sticky’ feeling. I think I’ll try a higher end product.
