After being told by the appliance repair company our our repair would be over $600, I did some research and found this part is typically the reason for the LE code.The installation was very easy with the appropriate tools. Now the washer runs great.

I went ahead and gave the seller 5 stars cause I know they would have took the part back if I had chose to do that. The reviews said it would fit my washer but it didn’t. I had the LG 2050 I think. It’s been haul away so I can’t look but it did match the seller description and numbers. I broke it 3 times trying to get it on. A part that suppose to fit; would go back on with ease. In no way I’m I doggie or blaming the seller in this case. This was all my fault. Honestly, when it got there and didn’t fit I was just sick of working on my washer and dryer and decided to buy new. My advice is this. Buy genuine parts. I always have and not once did I have to return. Again, to make this clear this seller send the part. It arrived on time. They had nothing to do with the product not fitting and it being made cheap. Unless they made the part themselves. To the seller I would take that model off the description because I’m not a beginner in working on washer and dryers. I have build them almost from ground up but this part is not for that washer. Just advice, do appreciate your pricing and sending the part out so fast.

Fairly easy to work with -even though I am not mechanically inclined...Once you take apart the washer/ and rotor assembly-this sensor clips on easily. Cost is very low!

The connector from the washer had one pin as a square and this part had a chamfered hole. I just used a razor blade to cut the 2 corners of the plastic connector so it would fit. It worked fine once connected. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

Quick and (relatively) easy to find and install replacement part for my washing machine.Washing machine started making weird noises. Closer inspection showed it "stuttering" when spinning slowly during the wash cycle. fearing it might be the control board or motor coils, I opened the machine to check. After about an hour of troubleshooting and checking test points with a meter, I discovered the problem was the B channel on my tachometer (hall effect sensor / position sensor)I searched amazon for the part number printed on the side of the bad one and found this part, under $20, and was extremely relieved that I could be up and running again in a few days. (Two boys, 3 and 7, plus the wife and I = multiple loads a day)

The part fit perfectly. After about 30 minutes I had my LG washer back up and running. This part fixed my LE error code. Saved a ton of money by doing it myself.

Item was in an envelope and arrived broken.
