Fit my Woman's size 9 shoes very well. I love the clear appearance & they're unobtrusively thin which is good cuz I wear them on top of my arch supports. I have to admit I was skeptical when I ordered these. I only ordered because another family member recommended them. I have Plantar Faciitis in one foot and haven't been able to wear some of my shoes in several months. These were easy to trim to fit my shoes and I am amazed that I can wear all of the shoes I couldn't wear before with no pain! Saved me a BUNCH of $$$ because I didn't have to buy more shoes! I've just ordered a second set so I can have one for every shoe I have without having to move them from shoe to shoe.

Since I started using them, I've noticed a big difference in the feel of my feet after prolonged standing or walking. The combination of acupressure and magnets really seems to work, as my feet feel more relaxed and less sore at the end of the day. They're also quite comfortable. At first, I thought the design might be awkward, but they fit well in my shoes and I don't feel any discomfort. I also like the fact that they're transparent, because they're not noticeable when wearing them. I definitely recommend them if you have foot discomfort or just need a little extra relief.

The little balls fall off, but can be put back on easily. Helped with calf pain within the month.

I tried these in my shoes for about a month I found that they did the opposite for me. I do have flat feet with very little arch. for the first while they felt great aprox. 2 weeks. Into the 3rd week I found the soles of my feet to be very sore and sensitive to the point of not being able to walk due to pain. I would say that this is still a good product and it works differently on different people. But for me I found they didn't workout for me as I had hoped. I still recommend this product.

I have Seismoditis on right foot. Insoles are pokey not at all cushioned and makes feet hurt more after wearing a short time. It didn’t help my plantar fasciitis and heel spurs either. I wore them for a few weeks daily at work and found very little comfort and healing with these. Magnets aren’t powerful enough at all. Magnets fall out of the insoles as well.

Normally I'd wake the next day out of commission, but for the last few hours I wore my shoes with these and Today I'm beyond Glad I did 😁✨ As I'm doing pretty good. Infact at anytime of the day I'm ever feeling aches and or pains, it's a good chance I've not been wearing them for whatever the reason and once I start to wear them again, those aches and pains go 😉 Give them a GOOD RUN!
