the sound is clear and the earpiece works well and not easy to lose. My ears are kind of small size, so most of the earpiece is way too bigger in my ears and let me feel uncomfortable. However, this product does feel well for me. That's the reason I highly recommend this product for people who have the same problem as me. The key point is the price is valuable with this sound quality. Usually, with the high quality of sound must be very experienced but this product only spends ten bucks below.

I have to use 2 way radio daily at my work so the quality and the design of the headset are very important to me. Before making the purchase, I spent a lot of time comparing similar products on Amazon. After reading the item description and reviews from peers, I decided to give it a try. The item arrived rapidly and it was well packed. I used it next day for my work. It transmitted the voice clearly and the the quality of the microphone was good. Me and my peer can hear each other loudly and clearly. I am very happy for my purchase and I will recommend my office manager to purchase more sets for the entire team.

This item actually helps my job performance. I can hear calls much better and also isolate private information. The one thing to recommend is the ear piece. Have the earpiece be formed to the ear.

This set up works well for about 3 months before needing to be replaced due to moisture that gets into pieces you cannot air out. The ear piece that comes with it works fine, but I personally prefer a different style.

I bought this to use for my phone, as i don’t like wearing regular earphones because they always move around. This earpiece works great. It latches on to your shirt so it won’t move around all the time. It’s very easy to use and very accessible. The audio and microphone on the earpiece is amazing quality compared to other earpieces. I can make a call and hear the other person very clearly.

When opened the ear piece was damage and can not be used. Clip was broken and tube portion was bent.

This product is inexpensive and reliable. My only suggestion is that you buy a different ear piece such as one that is more molded to the natural ear shape and will also allow you to hear as if nothing is in your ear. They are available on Amazon for very cheap. Once you switch out the earpiece this product is perfect. Otherwise, the one it comes with plugs up your ear completely, which results in poor sound quality and a lack of hearing.

I purchase this for my son because I don’t like him using wireless one. The sound Quality is great can definitely hear radio traffic clearly even when on the highway or when people are talking. Ear bud to me is uncomfortable, definitely good to get the peice that takes up your ear instead of inserting into ear canal.
