I received the product in a very short time and obviously at a very good price. I've been using it for a few days now and have had great results. Some fiber capsules can give you an upset stomach. I have to take 2 types of capsules for medical reasons. The last Acacia fiber that I took upset my stomach greatly. This causes no upset at all. I would highly recommend both it and the seller.

I like that this has no taste (gelcap), no after burps like some supplements do. Does not make me gassy or any other discomfort. I’m taking it to help balance out iron in a vegetarian/vegan supplement I’m taking; I just take one a day and it’s working perfectly to keep things moving.

I have been taking fiber for a number of years due to my IBS, and it was great to find this in pill form instead of the powdered kind. The serving size is FIVE of these, so so be aware of that. You might want to work up to that if you haven't been taking fiber until now 😉

I’ve only been using it for about a week and a half but I really like it I feel like it works really well and I’m glad that it’s natural I am probably going to review again once I’ve been taking it for a while

This product has been absolutely life changing for an unusual condition I have called raid gastric emptying (my stomach empties fast making me dizzy, extremely fatigued and giving me heart palpitations if I eat and carbs or sugar). 1-2 of these with a little water 5-10 min before I eat and it completely slows stomach emptying. I tried other fibers and did not tolerate them well at all. This one is SO gentle and easy to tolerate. Absolutely LOVE this product!!

It’s a crappy —haha— thing to live with. Pain, cramping, swelling in the abdomen, the constant need to be within 20 feet of a bathroom, and much, much more fun! Taking one capsule with breakfast-lunch-and-dinner (do not take more than five daily!) has changed my life. Did I just say that out loud? I did, because it did.

I’ve never taken a fiber supplement so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I chose this one in particular because it states it’s easy on the stomach, but that was not the case for me. I started at 3-4 pills to ease into it; no noticeable effect. Then I moved up to 5 pills (as recommended). Five pills is a lot! The daily pressure, discomfort and burning sensation this caused for the first two weeks was very hard to take! I won’t say it was painful, but it came very close to that. Nonetheless, I persevered as I wanted to give it a fair chance. I also didn’t want to waste my money (and perhaps I’m a gluten for punishment, lol!!) By taking it daily as directed that discomfort eased up gradually. Anytime I missed a day that pressure came back. So, for me, taking this every day was crucial. It was successful in compacting everything to make for firmer elimination. It did not reduce the number of times I was on the toilet in the morning however. I think there’s a better remedy for me out there and I will continue to experiment with different products until I find one that’s both more comfortable and more effective. Surely there’s a fiber supplement that only requires one or two pills. Perhaps this will work better for you but I cannot recommend this product.

Works well, with no bloating or gas. I take Ozympic and an unfortunate side effect is “irregularity”. This product helps to “keep me going” and without the gas and bloating I had with other fiber supplements.
