The rubber casing for the bell side is a bit too loose and moves around, but audio quality is very good. Tube is supple and feels good.

Good colour, good acoustics
The colour is rich, exactly that of OT scrubs. The acoustics are good : in my second patient with the new steth, a 11 day old baby, I could pick up a very soft systolic murder of a tiny PDA. All that for the exact same cost of a Littman diaphragm part.I am satisfied as of now. As to how long it will last, shall post an update if anything goes wrong. Fingers crossed.

Very nice product sounds are very clear. Can listen to heart sounds and murmurs clearly. Littman in budget. But this doesn't stay long. Durability should be improved. I am using it for the past 4 years. Impressed by the performance
