I. Love. This. Stuff.
Can (and i do) use it on everything from shrimp to burgers to pizza. A light sprinkle is just enough to kick up the flavor of anything, but a heavy sprinkle adds a little heat, so just be mindful of that if you're not into things a bit spicy. I'm not either, but a light amount is soooo delicious! I honestly can't live without it in my spice cabinet. Highly, highly recommend!
