what temperature does it need to be to use this outdoors?

The outside temperature is not the critical issue with this product. The main consideration has to be with the working time once the two component parts are mixed. As its a chemical reaction between the two parts which causes the product to cure I would guess that the outside temperature is not as critical. I used this to repair a U.P.V.C. door and I found that if you have everything prepared before starting , it's easy to get the job done before it starts to set. If you follow the instructions exactly it gives a great result. Another thing to keep in mind is that a little goes a long way. Hope this helps.

Yes I think you could. Just be sure of the shape you want before you start and make sure you mix the right amount as the speed it sets depends on the mix. When it sets it's very hard so should do the job.

If kept separate - can it be kept in the event of future use?

Have had mine well over a year and have used it again. It was fine but as you mentioned, mine were kept separate as I only took off each piece enough for the job I was doing.

Hi. top surface( pvc ) of my refrigerator got burnt and melt circle shape spot which is about 1 inch. can i fix with this kit?

Im really not sure..it is designed for upvc and hard plastics so cant see why not
