I did some research on core sliders and bands before making this purchase. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, but didn't want cheap equipment either. The sliders are absolutely amazing for carpet areas!! If you have hardwood, I would suggest doing on a rugged area or using a large towel. The bands aren't super expensive but definitely get the job done!! I have no complaints about these products and feel really good about my purchase. The delivery time was just a couple days. Definitely a good purchase!!

I have been doing a lot of HITT workouts and these are wonderful! I love the resistance bands and have been looking for a good sturdy set of sliders - now I have no excuse to not get my workout done!

I haven’t been able to go to the gym for the past week and these were perfect for me to still get my exercise in. I love the different resistant band options so you can do different level exercising. The bands were a good quality and withheld excessive stretching. The disks worked well on any floor surface. Everything is easy to use and travel friendly.

Living in Chicago, the weather is crazy and sometimes my gym isn’t always open so I have to do home workouts. This was the perfect addition to my home workouts! The bands have great resistance and aren’t too thin where you get nervous about them breaking. And the core sliders are great on my carpeting! Highly recommend!

I’m trying to get back into working out, but I have two young kids and it’s tough to get to the gym. I have been looking for easy products to add to my home workout routine, and exercise bands are definitely part of that. No issues at all with these!

I work out primarily at home, and had hit a plateau with my normal exercises. Incorporating these core sliders made all the difference! They increased my range of motion and upped the difficulty level a bit. The resistance bands that were included were mostly a "perk" for me, since I wanted the sliders, but I can seriously tell a difference in the overall effectiveness of my workouts since I've been using those as well.Definitely over the plateau now!

Just got into working out finally. My kids lost the one and only resistance band I had.These are cute! Theres more then one color to pick from and I handed one to my husband for his gym bag and one to a friend of mine. They both like it as well!

These are good items for the price. You get plenty of different resistances in the bag and you get the sliders on top of that. They don't slide as much as I was expecting. Not bad at all for the price.
