The best fiber source ever!
I have been looking for some dry fruits, which are not sweet like apricots or prunes, and are not extremely tart and these are absolutely perfect. I have ordered them couple times already and if you keep the bag tidy closed they stay soft and juicy until the last fruit. I eat 3-4 pieces every day and it makes my digestives happy.

Quite different from prunes
I haven't bothered purchasing "dried plums" before because I figured the word for a dried plum is a prune, so what's the point? Well, these are different indeed. They are large, "drier", more chewy and fibrous, and have a milder flavor. Honestly, I prefer the prunes myself, these are a bit fig-like in consistency, but these are still interesting and nice to mix up the rotation. Other family members who specifically do not like how soft and sticky prunes can become, especially if you don't refrigerate them after opening, found these more appealing. If prunes are a bit to sweet or the flavor is a bit too strong, these again might be an interesting alternative. I probably wouldn't order these regularly, though I might order them again in a year or two. If you like dried fruit, I'd recommend giving them a try, whether you like prunes or not.

Smelled off, too much moisture, funky taste.
These came quickly, but when I opened the bag there was an odd chemical smell that turned me off from, and if the smell was not enough then the almost slimy texture was- way too much moisture for 'dried' fruit- I have had other brands, and never experienced the amount I had on these. I tried one anyway and regretted it as the strange blandness in conjunction with the aforementioned texture and smell had me spitting the bite out. I tossed the bag, and woefully wrote this off as a sad waste of money. Maybe it was just my bag, I don't know. Buyers bewarey. Also worth noting while I did not get sick, I did get super grossed out and lost my appetite for the rest of the day. So if you are looking for an appetite suppressant give them a try.

Plums are too sour to eat out of the bag but blend well cooked with other fruits.
Update: Awesome for pie! I cut a bunch into tiny pieces, then soaked them. I mixed them with pie filling. My first was a peach plum pie. Then an apple plum pie. Next will be a cherry plum pie. I added the filling to the raw dough. Then I topped each of the pies with a crumble topping. Yes, the plums taste sour. I tried cooking some into a sauce, but the plums need to be mixed with another fruit. If you or anyone you are serving has asthma, the dried plums do have preservatives.

Finally
I've been looking for a tart and tasty dried fruit to snack on. Was originally looking for apricots, but came across these plums. They are delicious. The texture is good. They do not disappoint. I've even used them in a pasta dish that was cooked and hot and they functioned well in place of dried tomatoes which I ran out of. I was surprised and pleased.

It is the best sun dried Plum!
I was so surprised at how fresh it tasted! It is beautifully dried, red in color, and not put in much sugar! Naturally sweet and sour. I love it! It is more expensive, but if you want freshness and less sugary, this is the best!

Overall good value and flavor
We are overall pleased with our purchase. We also bought peaches, which are delicious, and dried blueberries. The peaches and plums came in a bag that was fastened with a twist tie . The blueberry bag wasn’t fastened at all. Thankfully, the blueberries didn’t spill out during shipping. Of the three fruits, least flavorful is the blueberries— think texture of craisins without much flavor. However, I think the blueberries flavor will be enhanced with a hint of lemon oil. I would buy the peaches and plums again. I’m on the fence with the blueberries.
