So Magical
This stuff is sparkly, beautiful, magical, and amazing!!! I am an artist and have used this for accents on paintings, but also as a coating for an entire sculpture. The medium dries completely clear and all you can see is the brilliance of the gold mica. When I used this to coat the sculpture, I put on a few layers and it made a very strong tough outer coating. A little bit goes a long way so, even though it seems expensive, you will probably use less than you think. I highly recommend this product (and the Golden brand in general).

Really pretty on my art work.
I really like the look of this on my art work. It does have a shiny look to it when dry so be aware if using on Matt art.

Not as prominent as I was hoping
The paint really needs to be layered on to notice a difference. I tried the product with a couple backgrounds but it just appears a little dull. If you're hoping for subtly this would be great.

Product was discolored upon drying. COLOR LOOKS BROWN NOT GOLD.

Great for adding texture
These gold flakes are great for adding texture and a bit of glitz to artwork. I use it in my paintings along with gold leaf to make things a bit more interesting.
