I was very hopeful and excited to find an organic supplement to not drink Spearmint tea every day. I have PCOS and its known to lower testosterone. While this did seem to improve my acne, the Licorice Extract is concerning. There can be severe side effects from ingesting, and it is not recommended to take long term for many issues. I suggest doing research on this and deciding for yourself. I felt off at times when taking this (2 week period), almost more agitated.This was not returnable and this was a costly mistake on my part. I would order just a Spearmint Leaf supplement but without the Licorice Extract!

I have pretty severe PCOS, hormonal imbalances and insomnia. I take one capsule and immediately fall asleep and feel rested. The hair growth has minimized too. This product really works for bringing everything back to a balanced state.

I had a horrible reaction to this. Before taking this I would research all the ingredients so you know ahead of time of what side effects to look out for. My husband said while I was taking this I was like a zombie, he said I was emotion-less. Besides the reaction at the end, it made me so drowsy.

I liked the taste of this, but it made my pee turn orange. I was only using it for two weeks so I'm not sure how well it worked.

Great for PCOS. I noticed a reduction in my facial hair. Will buy again
