I have been unhappy with every tv stand I had so I decided to try this. Oh my! I cannot express how happy I am with this cart! I wanted sturdiness, wheels that also locked, adequate storage space, and a look I liked. Granted, my husband drilled holes in the back for the wires of my cable box, blue ray player, etc., but otherwise it was not difficult assembly. It is easy to turn and move. The drawers have more room than I expected and there is a lot of storage in the cabinet. The height is terrific for TV viewing, too. Plus, it was extremely well-packed and was delivered in perfect condition with all pieces included (even all the screws). Why didn’t I think of this before?

Came on a huge pack and was super heavy but I was amazed how it was very well instructed. It took 2 hours to assemble but came out very well... the wheels make it very easy to move around. Also there is much space inside to keep kitchen stuffs. Super impressed. Attaching the picture :)

I'm using this unit as a semi-permanent kitchen island and to help out with the lack of storage in my kitchen. Pros: Now that it's assembled it has a nice solid feel, considering the price. Item arrived two days earlier than expected so I had plenty of time to put it together before my sister arrived from England the following day. Following the instructions was fairly easy other than with the door hinges, which could easily be attached the wrong way round with the set I received in my kit. Hint- the more solid part should be attached to the door. I also found it easier to attach the hinges to the cabinet first and to the doors last, which is the opposite of what the instructions called for. I was happy to find all the parts and hardware were present and nothing was missing. Cons: Be warned that the small wood screws (for the hinges, etc) are not made of hard metal and the heads will break off if you cinch them down too tight. A couple of slightly damaged parts - the hardboard back panels - but the damage was only at one end of each so I was able to install them in such a way that it would not be noticeable. The holes for the hinge screws in panel 4, the right side of the unit, were very slightly too high, causing contact between the top of the right-hand door and the bottom of the right hand drawer. This is a pretty negligible defect though and not, in my opinion, worth the hassle of returning the item or partially disassembling to install a replacement panel. When I get around to it I will just vertically elongate the holes in the hinges to compensate but for now it's only a very minor annoyance. All in all I'm very happy with this product compared with the prices of similar units.

My new kitchen island cart looks beautiful in my kitchen. I just had one issue while my son and i put it together and that was one of the handles for the drawers was not the perfect fit. It was irregular and did not measure up with the holes properly so we had to drill another hole to make the handle connect with the screw. Other than this small issue we successfully put it together and it looks great in my kitchen.

As other reviewers have noted this cart is very easy to assemble. If you can read and follow very simple basic instructions with step by step diagrams you can put this together easily. It took me more time to pull the parts from the box and lay out for assembly than to actually put it together. Although a little pricey for a presswood furniture product I went with this one because of the online convenience, size, and overall positive purchaser reviews. The dimensions of this cart was as advertised and a perfect fit, exactly how I measured and has plenty of room for storage. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend it to others if the size, color, and style is what you are searching for. It helps if you pre-measure where you intend to place it to get an idea of the space dimensions.

A few years ago we purchased a movable kitchen island and have been happy with it. We wanted to pick up a second one, but that one is no longer available, so we searched for a similar look, size, feature set, and price. This was the best match which had decent reviews. Maybe I'd feel differently about the new one if it wasn't for the old one, but this one just feels like a step down (for the same money). The directions aren't horrible, but a few steps need better clarification, larger diagram and/or some text explanations. All the holes lined up properly and were pre-drilled ok (there was one hole where the covering material had clogged the hole and I had to scrape it out). However, a few hole were slightly too big, where I think the screw will hold ok, but they feel stripped (and it wasn't me turning too hard, they felt loose immediately). And on a couple of the drawer (thin) pieces, the particle board was cracking when tightening the screws. And even though all the holes lined up well so everything fit together, once tightened down, there are some panel gaps. I like the way the drawers insert, it's very simple to put them in or take them out. With the caveat they don't pull out as far as I'd like; something small in the back of the drawer would be hard to reach. Despite my assembly concerns, once together it looks ok and feels sturdy enough. We won't be moving it much, so I expect it will last quite a while and serve it's purpose. But it needs to be a little better to rate 4 stars.

Very solid piece once it was put together. Definitely easier with two people to assemble— took about an hour, but the instructions were very clear and the parts were labeled well. The box is super heavy, so get some help to move it when it’s delivered. The only minor complaint I have is that the drawers are shorter than you’d think. They only go about halfway back, so there’s not as much drawer storage as I’d hoped for. Everything else is exactly what I’d planned for, though. Very pleased.

Unit is just the right size for our small kitchen/dining area. It is sturdy and well built and attractive. It was fairly easy to assemble if you just take your time and have someone to assist in holding parts while assembling. Also helps to have two people to review and assist in following instructions.
