Replacement 3.5mm headphone jack port socket for Microsoft Xbox One controller repair part | ZedLabz

Worked great ......Had it for around a month and sadly the same thing has happened to the port once again so i have to buy a new one ....Not sure if it Is miss use on my side as its my daughters pad and computer .....I found buying a 3.5mm male to female connector jack helps ....not much tbh ...around the same price as buying the socket ..That way it takes the strain off the port itself ...I hope it helps .....And also when removing the insides of the controller be careful of the rumble packs falling out as it happened to me and i had to fix the wire as it disconnected from the main board ...And its not easy figuring out where the wire attached lol ...GOOD LUCK (o:

These didn't work, despite correct installation headphones still didn't work and yes headphones are fine and working

The media could not be loaded.  .......and cheap fix for our two original Xbox One S controllers. The audio went on one a few months ago and on this one last week. Did a search for a fix and this is what I came up with.When you think about all the knocking about that the Headphone Jack does to the controller, it's a surprise they lasted so long.Saved over £100 on not having to by new or reconditioned units. Perfect

A common failure port on the XBox wireless controller is the headphone port - may be down partly to miss-use but my son went through 2 controllers where the headphones stopped working. He chose to buy a new controller for £50 but I felt there had to be a way to repair his broken ones. A quick search on here and wallah! A few quid later and a scratch around the tool box for the applicable torx bits and back in business. Look on Youtube for a how to video. Happy Gamer and happy Father.

Does what it says, it fixed my port and now I never have to buy another controller because of a headset issue.

Don’t pay over the odds to replace a item do it your self there’s so many you tube videos to help I Ford my sons Xbox controller with in 30 minutes and it only cost 4.99 👌

headphone jack was faulty in xbox controller so i took it apart and replaced jack with this product. and now it works perfectly. i did this 6 months ago and item still working as it should so very happy and easy enough to fix

Quick, easy and cheap fix for my Elite Controller. Arrived 2 days early. Took me 30 minutes to replace using the video from one of the reviews. Watch it once before you start. Level of difficulty probably a 3 (ten being the highest). You will need T9 and T6 torx bits. Great purchase.
