Puffs Plus Lotion Facial Tissues;124 Tissues Per Box (Pack of 24) (Old Version)

Received 20 boxes, not the 24 advertised.

I go through facial tissues like it is going out of style. I have been comparing them recently trying to find out who really has the softer tissue.Puffs Plus Lotion: These are very expensive for what you get and not as soft as Kleenex brand. You may get more in the box, but you have to use more because they rip easily and spread germs, as result. 6 Tissue boxes for 17.00 is pricey.Kleenex Brand Ultra Soft 3-Ply: 8 boxes for just over 11.00 is a steal (after coupon Amaon offers). These are super soft and absorbent because they are 3-ply and not the cheap single ply most facial tissues come in. I have a box in almost every room in my house since it is pollen season around here and my nose doesn't become red and irritated after blowing it like some cheaper brands have made my nose become in the past. I am very pleased with this purchase and plan to purchase again for my family.

Either the formula changed or they're shipping wrongly packaged tissues because I compared them to some puffs plus I bought about 2 years ago from Amazon and they did not feel similar at all. I have the old tissues because I bought them in bulk on amazon back then and through two seasons of allergies and some colds I finally neared the end of my last box. Clearly, the tissues don't "dry out" and get worse with age. The tissues in this new shipment are not even close to the softness of the last shipment I received. I've opened 2 boxes to make sure. However, they are still slightly softer than regular tissues and you can sort of smell a menthol kind of smell on them which makes me think they have been treated with something to make them softer. The other reviewers are correct when they say these tissues feel dry and not lotiony as I was able to directly compare.

Not sure what they did differently with these tissues but I've been using Puff brand tissues for a number of years. Previously i was using the puffs with vicks variety which are tried and true. When I accidentally ordered these regular lotion tissues without vicks i expected the same tissue without the minty scent but what I received were subpar tissues thinner in texture and breaks easier with a hard blow. I also find that these create more dust in comparison. Better than Kleenex but less than the Puff with Vicks option. Would repurchase if I was trying to be cheap because these are cheaper but if i'm about to be sick I would go for the vicks to buy myself some comfort.

Why do Gramma's always carry tissues? My Grandmother always had one, she would pull it out of her pocket and try and wipe my face with her used tissue. WHO does that? It was disgusting and out of pure rebellion I would use my shirt sleeve.When I first moved out into my own place - money was tight. I would use toilet paper or napkins saved from the recent fast food locale i visited. This is brutal on your nose when you are sick.Did I need to buy a case of these? darn right I did... I have tissues in every room of my house and every glovebox. I feel so Wealthy !Pony up the dough and your nose will forever thank you. As will your grandkids - use a fresh tissue.

I bought these thinking that they would be comparable to Kleenex with lotion but they are not even close. We live in a very dry climate and use tissues year round. Without the lotion, your nose is raw within a day. I tried these due to the great price and I thought how different can they really be. Well, they do not even feel like they have lotion in them. I have even checked the box labels multiple times to make sure I didn't order the wrong one. I will be going back to Kleenex!

Currently, of the tissues available to consumers, I like Puffs Plus the best. I think they are stronger than others, and the lotion does provide a small measure of gentle soothing to the skin. However, as the cost continues to rise, I was looking for the best deal for stocking up for the approaching cold season. This one was terrific! A 24 pack of the larger-size box -- 124 tissues each, not the little cube box of far fewer per box. If you have the storage room, calculate it out -- it's a no-brainer, even with PRIME shipping!

These are my favorite tissues. We use a lot of tissues and this is a wonderful, efficient way to order. The shipping is free with amazon prime so this is a real plus. The plus lotion is key with this brand. Will continue to order in this fashion.
