Cute and fully lined at a cheaper price than others. Fit was fine for me as a size 12. Waist is elastic. Make sure you put it on with the liner next to your skin and frilly side out so it's not ichy against your skin. Gives great volume and it's cute peeking from beneath your skirt. It should last you a long time with minimal care.

It's not made of the best material, but you get what you pay for. Just make sure you wear a pair of stockings or prepare to be itchy.
