It comes with virus, I made a data wipe and factory reset to work normal but after that I found more surprises, in youtube you can't configure the resolution over 720, so it's absolutely false the specs of screen resolution or there is serious prob!ems with Android version.I'm very upset and angry, I feel cheated. Now who can return my money ?, I'm from Chile and the cost of freight to return this garbage is more expensive than tablet. I'm sorry but this is a big disappointment. It does not give you the fulll hard drive as advertised. You have to have an older version of Netflix to watch it. It automatically erased an SD card I had in it. You will have to update a lot of the apps. But it will tell you that a lot of your apps does not work with this tablet. I don't know why Android 7 does not work good on this tablet. It works just fine on my phone. I bought this because I am elderly and medically homebound and on a strict budget. Now I wish I had never bought it. I asked the seller how can I get the full 64 gig hard drive that this tablet is supposed to have. I was told to not to add to much to the hard drive or it will cause it to freeze. That does not tell me how I get the other 54gigs I'm supposed to have. I am only using 2 gigs of the hard drive and I cannot get any more space that is supposed to be available. Do not waste your money on this. If you want to tablet buy a Kindle Fire. At least this way you will not be ripped off.

This is the first Android OS tablet that i ever bought and i am satisfied with it so far. The CUP performance is great, i can play high quality game, such as Fifa smoothly without any lag. It got 2 sim card slots, so you can use the internet with it outside with no wifi connection. The sd card slot also allows you to expand it memory, i put my Samsung 64gb sd card in and i can store as many as movies inside and watch them during commute. Lastly the white color of the tablet looks beautiful too!

I love this tablet. It’s is so cheap compare to others and it has everything it needed. It’s same as other android tablet. I got this for my kids so they can watch videos and do homework and it worked out great. Very fair price for tablet these days. Also there is slots for storage chip and easily change how much storage you want.

While cheap, the device is not worth it. I have only had this product for four months. While watching barely streamable twitch TV content, the screen started flashing and then went out completely. The device does not appear to have a warranty beyond 30 days. Furthermore, it did not perform nearly as well as the hardware it comes with should be capable of. The wifi constantly changed its MAC address making MAC filtering difficult at best. The battery life was horrible. I recommend spending an extra 100 or so on a more capable device.

Tablet is really easy to use and setup. Came with alot of accessories and works just as good as name brand tablets without the added cost of a name brand label on it. Bought for my daughter for birthday and she loves it. Volume is amazing on it!
