Great product and amazing customer support! I'm 66 and recovering from rotator cuff surgery. Taking the old antenna off did not go as the instructions said, so I contacted customer support with pictures. Chuck responded w/n 24-hours, but I was still hesitant, so I asked him to call me. He did! And assured me of the process, so I headed back out to the 2002 Sequoia and, thank you, Chuck, within a minute I had the old mast out and the new mast in. Highly recommend this product and their customer support! The radio works better than ever!

I honestly thought it was going to be more complicated. Found a YouTube video on how to remove the antenna and so I did that. Pulled out all of the broken antenna. Simply inserted the new one and it immediately worked. So worth it.

The antenna looks great, brings in radio signals very well and took 2 minutes to install.
