I enjoyed reading the individual interviews and consider this a wonderful book for youth and adults.Each of the ten interviews have unique qualities and also the common theme of being spiritual warriors.I am giving copies to several young people I know and encouraging their parents to read it also.

This is an excellent book to help the youth deal with the many challenges they face in the teen age years.
