This is the only thing that has helped my pregnancy acne so far. The bottle is small, but a little goes a long way since it’s meant to be used as a spot treatment rather than all over your face. I’ll admit, the smell is pretty awful, but I was desperate for something that actually worked — and this does!

Been using it for a week and my face is finally starting to clear up. Was using 3x daily, now only once. Along with cetaphil lotion. The only thing I cannot stand, but tolerate is the smell of this product..🤮🤮 but it works!!! Pregnancy acne is no joke. I thought nothing would help, but this product did!

Pros: It does work effectively as an acne spot treatment. I can see visible improvement in blemishes within a day or two. Cons: THE SMELL. Smells like straight sulfur. And it doesn’t dissipate. I can even smell it through my makeup hours later. I’m self-conscious that other people will be able to smell it. And when you’re sensitive to smell… well… you can imagine. Pleeeeeeeeease fix the odor!! Also… $15 for this very small bottle seems a bit much. For that price, it should definitely smell better.

I started using this product about four years ago when I began getting acne during my pregnancy, and I honestly haven’t stopped since. It works fast. Anytime I feel a breakout coming on, I apply it to my problem areas at night and by morning my skin is either completely clear or the spot is barely there—easy to cover with makeup and totally unnoticeable. I’ve used this consistently through both of my pregnancies, postpartum, and now just as part of my routine because I love it that much. It’s also amazing for those random travel breakouts when your skin decides to act up out of nowhere. It does dry out the skin a bit, but that’s an easy fix—I just layer a serum over it or apply one the following morning and I’m good to go. As for scent, if there is one, I’ve never noticed it. You truly can’t beat the value for how effective this is. It’s been a staple in my skincare routine for years, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

The packaging on this ruins the entire product. So much gets wasted due to the design of the tiny bottle. It used to be in a pump. Was much better then. Smells horrible but does work well

I started using this product when I became pregnant with our first child. I was looking for an acne product that was safe to use during pregnancy. I have tried so many products before as I am an acne prone person. This has cleared up my acne and until now, two years after I had the baby, I continue to use this amazing product. It is light on the skin unlike other products that sting and burn. I just dab a little on sprouting blemishes and they are gone in a day or two. I used to have a major break out, the ones where it is pus-filled, angry red, really painful and ugly. But this product has controlled that. I hope they continue to make this product and don't change the formulation because it just works!

Ladies! If you are struggling with pregnancy acne, you have to try this product. I was looking all over for a acne product that was safe to use during pregnancy. I stumbled upon this company and decided to try it out. It was one of the less pricier options that I had found, but I didn't want to spend a ton on something that I didn't know if it would work or not. I was slightly skeptical when I opened the box and saw how small the bottle was but went into after that with an open mind. I have only been using the product for about a week now and I have already seen such a difference in my skin. The smell is not the best, but I'll take the smell over acne any day. I was feeling so down about myself because of how bad my jaw line was breaking out, but this product is saving me from that. Totally recommend this product.

Didn't like this product and don't don't help with the breakouts. Stick to the face wash which is well worth buying
