Feels like my shoe was filled with gravel.
Maybe others really like the product, that wasn't true for me at all. For me, since I had to trim them to fit in my shoes, it was a complete waste of money. It has the feel of a shoe filled with small rocks. Not my idea of comfort or correction of any known foot issue, that I am aware of.

Really relieves back pain and aches caused by excessive walking. My job is a lot of walking and these have completely improved how I feel at the end of the day. I thought maybe the balls would dig but I barely feel them. Better than dr scholls

They helped me
These magnetic massage insoles are great. They are more comfortable than I thought. I think magnets help my circulation.They massage my feet and improve blood flow to my muscles and hips. It feels great.Hope they continue. Since I got them, my ankle swelling has been decreasing.I wear them to work and I hardly suffer!I can't believe how much they helped me.

I bought these for my husband because he had pain in his feet. He tried them and they made his feet hurt so much more, that he couldn't wear them.
