It says on the back lower left that the oats are gluten free. All of the other ingredients don’t have gluten in them so the answer is yes. It’s gluten free

I have been using this and liquid hope for over 1 year.Real foods is real food.If it says eggs you get eggs.If it says turkey you get turkey.The liquid hope is different it is more nutrient dense. Any way you get what they promise with real food
