My nutritionist gave this to me to thicken my hair. After 90 days I saw a difference.Now after taking one a day for three yrs. my hair has become very thick and curly and continues to become more so. I get lots of compliments and also have alot more energy. It's the iodine that makes ones hair very thick and curly.

I initially bought this hoping it would help me lose weight. It's too soon to tell if it will work for that purpose but I have discovered that it is great for energy. I feel so much better and awake now. I will definitely purchase again!
