This product proved tricky for me. The first lot I used as per manufacturer's direction worked wonderfully. It covered the grey adequately but lasted less than 3 weeks. However, the second batch of order of this powder triggered allergic reaction for me. I have never been allergic to anything. I researched and found that indigo powder may contain mold pores which can trigger mild to severe reactions. I suddenly had breathing issues, itchy eyes and sneezing attacks which lasted 3 days. It's possible that the product quality may vary from one batch to another. The product itself, if it suits, works really well in terms of hair color. But be aware of potential allergic reactions even if you are not known to be allergic. It's because of the allergic reaction that I am giving this product a 3 star instead of 5.

I did a lot of research on how to dye my hair. The only natural and non-chemical way was to apply indigoto the henna stained hair. This product did just the same. The product is really pure. Im sure.

I feel let down by this product! Used it (withouth the pure henna also by Tvam @ an additional cost of 455) .. Apparently you have to buy both packs and use them one after the other! Having said that, I called the company to ensure if I could use this henna-indigo product as is and what results would I see. I was told I would see a dark/black effect and needed to have it on for 3 hrs. Did just that - and all my white hair is still there - no red, no black .. So I would really think twice before buying this thing or any product from these guys.
