Great product that looks like OEM. Appears durable.

I’ve been using this fob for quite some time, and it hasn’t failed me yet. I put a silicone cover over it, and have had no problems at all. Good quality, as advertised with the exception that it DOES NOT work up to 100ft away for me. I have to be directly in front of my vehicle or by the drivers side door about 5 ft away or less for it to unlock, which is the only downside for me, but it’s better than having to lock/unlock with only my key. Very easy instructions to follow, I didn’t use tech support, because I didn’t need it. I like it so far and would purchase another if I need to. Definitely much better safety wise as well, bc it takes less time to open my doors.

Updated 11/23/16Countless accidental activations, works great even when I don't want it too.......Would have cheerfully paid twice as much for one that only worked when I wanted it to.Might still be great if you have nothing else in that pocket or if you carry a purse.Original review.Works great just like the original for a fraction of the price. Could not ask for more.For this price and quality what you get exceeds expectations.I used this on my chevy avalanche and I would recommend it for that application without hesitation.I was not compensated in any way for this review, I'm just rarely this pleased in a bang for the buck kind of way.Just fyi the instructions consisted of only a web address to get the instructions, make sense I suppose since it works with so many different models all with different instructions. The web page was easy to follow, you have to skip to the bottom of the page to find the instructions.

Great quality

Purchased 2 of these for use in my 2003 Silverado 2500HD.I opened the FOB up to look at the quality of the circuit board. It looked well built and has upgraded contacts for the buttons. The only thing that I saw was the battery was not all of the way inserted into the battery holder. This does not affect the functionallity of the FOB. I just pushed it in the last 1/8 of an inch.The included instructions are easy to follow and correct for my series truck.I would buy these again when I get a couple of more keys cut for my truck.

This remote is an exact match to my factory 2004 GMC Yukon XL Denali's remote! I read the reviews, but it took me about 5-6 minutes to program my new remote...(be aware) because once I went through the steps, my new remote wouldn't program or let's say I thought it wouldn't. All the steps was completed & my remote seemed to have been programmed, but the remote wouldn't lock or unlock... Until I figured that it was a possibility that the new remote's battery was dead from sitting for so long.... like years b4 it was purchased, so I switched batteries... putting my brand new battery from my old remote n2 my new remote I ordered & it worked like a charm!! The lock, unlock, & panic buttons all work!... So b4 u think it needs to be programmed by the dealership, PUT A NEW BATTERY N2 YOUR NEW REMOTE!! I tried switching batteries back again once more just to see if the battery that came in my new remote was dead... it was indeed dead!! So I put the new battery back n2 my new remote & #ThumbsUp... the battery # is (CR 2032) ...Very easy to program! Avoid dealership costs!!!! I added pics of my old & new remotes.

I ordered this to replace an original key fob that was falling apart after seven years. For some reason Amazon displays a warning that this remote will not work with my year vehicle but the FCC number on the original fob matches (LHJ011) so I thought I'd give it a try. Works perfectly and programming was easy. Take a few minutes to read the instructions carefully before starting. The steps are not intuitive but it worked just as described in the instructions. Remember that the process reprograms ALL key fobs so if you order this as a spare or may keep your current fob you will have to use the same process (starting at step 5) on the original fob at the same time. The instructions say that you may have to hold the buttons on the fob for up to five minutes but it took about 15 seconds for mine. If it wasn't for the wear I couldn't tell this from the original.I've seen similar fobs online for $39 and the local Chevy dealer wanted more than $100 for a new remote entry key fob. At $25 this is a bargain.

I just received mine today and followed the auto learn procedure for my 2003 GMC Sierra and it worked right away. Took 2 min and it’s just like the original.
